Shipping Policy

Your Lola Blu package will be on its way to your door within 3-5 days of being ordered.

Depending upon the shipping method chosen at checkout, it may take up to 10 business days to receive your order. 

Tracking information will be made available to you via email.

Once a package has been received by the delivery service, it is the customer’s responsibility to track the package. Lola Blu cannot contact the delivery service on the customer's behalf or be responsible in any way for lost, stolen, damaged, or missing packages.

Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, and will be deducted from the amount refunded to the card on file.
